A parcel of land with an <br />area of at least 4,500 square'" feet containing one unit <br />of an existi~g duplex structure resulting from the <br />division of a confo'rming duplex lot at least 10,000 <br />square feet in area~' ". <br /> <br />Section 6. Subsection ell- (~l- of Section 9. 542 of the Eugene <br /> <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br /> <br />9.542 <br /> <br />Int'erior Yards. <br /> <br />Cal All lots OJ; development sites in the AG, RA, <br />R-l, R-2, R-3, and R-4 districts shall have interior <br />yards of. not less than five feet except for a duplex <br />division lot or where a utility easement is recorded <br />adjacent to a side lot line, there shall be a side <br />yard no less than the width of the easement. <br /> <br />Section 7. Subsection (lICb} of Section 9.546 of the E~gene <br /> <br />Code, 1971, is hereby.amended to read and provide: <br /> <br />9.546 <br /> <br />Lot Area; Lot Area Per Dwelling Unit. <br /> <br />tb) In the RA, R-l, R-2, R'I:"'3, R-4,. RP, C-l, and <br />C-2 districts, each lot or development site shall have <br />a minimum area of 6,000 square feet unless a duplex <br />division lot or as may be established by a subdistrict. <br /> <br />Section 8. Section 9.548 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br /> <br />amended by addi~g a new subsection Cd 1. thereto, to read and provide: <br /> <br />9.548 <br /> <br />Lot Area Exceptions. The following shall be exceptions <br />to the required lot ~reqs:' . <br /> <br />Cdl,~ Lots appr.oved j:.n accordance w'i th duplex <br />division lot requlrerLlents, section 9. 060 ell. (b) 4. <br /> <br />Section 9.
