The rates specified in Section 3 above are subject to the following conditions and surcharges; 1. Cans shall not exceed 60 pounds in weight when filled. 2. Cans shall have lids, solid bottoms, and adequate hand holds, and service for them may be refused if the lids, bottoms, or hand holds are not adequate. 3. Extra charges of not less than $1.00 shall be made for extra garbage, brush, debris, or other material which may not exceed 6 feet in length. 4. Service of any type more frequently than once a week shall be chargeable at the monthly rate multiplied by the number of times that service is provided during the week. Section 5.
