Requires payment for purchase <br />or transaction by check mailed to seller's street address { + no earlier than three days after <br />date of transaction + }. Requires scrap metal business to produce records in response to <br />lawful demand and to segregate, identify and hold metal property reasonably suspected to <br />be lost or stolen.
