18637 <br />Based upon the above findings, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Sections 1 ~ 1 } , 1 ~ 2 } , and 1 ~ 3 } of Ordinance <br />No. 1$535, adopted by the City Council on November 26, 1979, <br />and approved by the Mayor on November Z8, 1979, are amended <br />by changing the date "June 1, 1980" in each such subsection <br />to "June 23, 198D". <br />Section 2.
