After consultation with the CETA prime <br />sponsor advisory c~unca,l, the initial members Qf the CETA youth <br />advisory council shall adopt bylaws that prouide for the method <br />of appointment of officers, the frequency of meetings, attend- <br />ance requirements, the formation of subcommittees, and rules cr <br />procedure necessary for the conduct of its business, .The bylaws <br />and rules shall be consistent with state law, the city charter <br />and code, and applicable CETA rules and regulations. The bylaws <br />and rules shall be submitted to and approved by the CETA prime <br />sponsor advisory council prior to submission to the city council, <br />and shall became effective upon city council approval thereof. <br />2.137 CETA Private Industr C~~uncil '- Created. A CETP~ private <br />industry council is hereby established to serve as an <br />advisory body to the city council. <br />2.139CETA ~x~rate zndustry .Council - ~embersha~p ~ Term of <br />~Of f~i~ce . <br />~l} The CETA pr.~~rate industry counc~,l shall consist of <br />12 members nominated by the mayor and appointed by .the city <br />council, In establishing the compQsitian o,f the original council, <br />the mayor shall nominate and the city council shall appoint a <br />chairperson who shall ,thereafter assa.st the mayar in nominating <br />the remaining CETA private industry council, members. The members <br />shall be selcted frprn the following sectors. <br />~a}.
