A person representing a vocational train- <br />ing institution; <br />fig} A person representing the Eugene Economic <br />Development Committee; and <br />~:h} A person representing the CETA prime sponsor <br />advisory council created under section 2.15 of this <br />code. <br />~2}~ Except as provided herein for initial members, the <br />term of office for each member shall be for four years. The <br />term of office of initial members shall be: <br />Via} Four members shall be appointed .to serve <br />a four--year term, <br />~b~ Four amembers shall be appointed to serve <br />a three-year term, and <br />~_~}_ Faur members shall be appointed to serve <br />a two-year term. <br />~_3} vacancies in office shall be filled in the same <br />manner as~ original appointments. <br />~.4 } A member may be removed f roan office by an of f Irma-- <br />tive vote of the city council at any time prior to the expira- <br />tion of his ar her term. <br />2.141 CETA Private Industr Council - Officers, Meetings, <br />Rules, and Procedures. The initial members of the CETA <br />private industry council shall adopt bylaws that provide for the <br />method of ~ appointment of officers ~e.xcept for the initial chair- <br />person}, the frequency of meetings, attendance requirements, the <br />formation of subcommittees, and ruses of procedure necessary far <br />the conduct of its business. The bylaws and rules shall be con- <br />sistent with state law, the city chartex and code, and applicable <br />CETA rules and regulations. The .bylaws and rules shall be~sub- <br />mitted to the city council and became effective upon council <br />approval thereof. <br />Section 2. The table of boards, commissions, and committees of <br />the City in Section 2.
