ORDINAIQeE NO. ~ g~` AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING .AIRPORT FEES; REPEAI,-~ IN.G ~ oRD INANCE No . 14 6 3 5 ~ AND RESOLUTION NO 2423; AMENDING SECTION 2.440 OF THE EUGENE CODE 1971, ADDING A NEw SECTION 2.442 TO THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ~ . ~'HE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: - Suction 1. Ordinance No.,14635; adopted b the Common Counci ' Y 1 on December 12, 1966 and approved by the Mayor on December 13, 1966, and Resolution No, 2423 adopted by the Common Coundil on July 14, 1975, and any other Ordinance or Resolution ih conflict her w' e ith, are hereby repealed, subj e~ct only to any ~ of festive dates rovided .. p for herein with respect ~to the amount of fees to be ai -~ p d for ser vices provided for in that Ordinance and Resolution. . Section 2. Section 2.440 of the.Eu ene Code 1971 ` g is hereby amended to read and provide:. ~ , 2.440 Air ort. = Fees and Charges, Authorization. - ~l} Except as section 2.441 of this code ~rovid the contrar f ~ p es to y, ees and charges incidental to the use of the r airport shall be as set forth.in section 2.442 of this code. . ~ 2 } All fees and charges required shall. be used for . the fina~,cial support of the airport. . . Section 3, There is hereby added. to the Eugene Code 1971 a r r new section to be numbered and provide: .~ 2.442 Air ort w Tie--Downy Land Rental, and Fuel Flowa e Fe ~l} Effective as of 9 es. August 1, 1980, the. aircraft tie- down. rates, for Mahlon Sweet Field shall be: . . ~a} Daily rates ....................$2.50 . fib} ~ Monthly xates : . . ~ Unpaved .........8 .............$10.00 ~- ~ Paved ..........,....,..........$22.50 . ~ ~ 2 }- Effective as of August l , 19 8 0 , the land rental rate at Mahlon Sweet Field shall be-$.0.10 per square foot ~r~nually.
