Y last day of the r~onth ~ in which the delivery of the aviation ue i s made : ~ . ~ . ~5} The airport manager, or his designee, rna durin yr g normal business. hours ,and at .reasonable times and intervals, inspect and audit the records. of any person, firm, artnershi p p- business or corporation delivering aircraft fuels to the Mahlon Sweet Municipal Airport as such records relate to those deli.v~- eries. ~. ~6~ The airport manager may grant any .supplier of air- craft fuel and oil an exemption from or a refund of an fuel Y flowage fees paid pursuant to section X37 above upon substan- - ~ - nation ~by the supplier that the aircraft fuels are su lied pp to commercial air carriers who pay a landing fee and field use charge to the city, or to govermentally owned or operated air- craft. ~ 7 ~ Collection of the fee provided for in section t-3 } above may be enforced by the city by an action in any court, and the city may recover in addition thereto, its costs,~dis-~ bursements and reasonable attorney fees for the bringin of g such action.. ~ ~ - Section 4.
