oRr~rivAZ~cE Tso. ~k-~-[-~ ~p <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described Public Utility <br />Easements to-wit: <br />The westerly 3.44 feet of that Public Utility Ease- <br />ment running north and. south. and lying west of and <br />adjacent to the east line of Lot 24, Block Z of Free- <br />dom Acres as platted and recorded in file 73, slide 8, <br />Lane County Oregon Plat Records. ~.Ru2icka EV SO-3~ <br />on the 24th day of September, 198, t~xe City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed ordinance No. 187D9 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 5th day of November, 198D, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />public utility easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hearing, <br />was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City <br />Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 5th day Qf November, 1980, at noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons awning property abetting upon the public utility <br />easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied <br />for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FaLLOWS: <br />Section __l.
