The hearing was held on the 5th day of November, <br />1950, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described pub~.ic utility easement <br />is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to the statutes of the Mate of pregon. <br />Section 4.
