Mechanical Tans , thereto, to provide <br />The first sheet of each. set of plans shall state <br />the building and street address of the work and the <br />names and addresses of the owner of the land ar build- <br />ing where the work is to be done and of the person who <br />prepared the plans. In lieu of detailed specifications, <br />the building official may approve references on the plans <br />to a specific section or part of the structural specialty <br />code or to other ordinances or laws. Computations, <br />stress diagrams, and other data sufficient to show the <br />correctness of the plans shall be submitted when required <br />by the building official. <br />1. Structural plans. Every person making <br />application for work involving a structural permit <br />shall file with the building division proper zoning <br />information and structural plans and calculations <br />as may be necessary to determine whether the pra- <br />posed work, including, but not limited to, addi- <br />bons, general alterations, and change of use group <br />classifications conforms to the requirements of <br />Chapter 9 of the Eugene Cody, 1971 ~_Zoning} and <br />the structural specialty code. .The plans and spe- <br />cifications must be complete and shall show, among <br />other details, the following: <br />A. Scaled plot plan showing the loca- <br />tion of all new construction and all existing <br />structures on the site, including parking <br />areas and drives, dimensions of lot and <br />buildings, and distance from tat lines, drawn <br />in accordance with an accurate boundary line <br />survey. <br />B. Scaled floor plans showing the <br />structure's layout brooms}, room dimensions, <br />and areas labeled as to intended use, loco- <br />. tion, .and sizes of doors and windows. <br />C. Structural plans showing framing <br />and ath.er support and load-carrying struc- <br />tural features, including foundation plan, <br />floor and ce~,ling roof system construction <br />with adequate dimensions and labeling of <br />n~ate~ials to permit a determination of code <br />comp~.iance and structural safety. <br />Ordinance - l4 <br />
