Location of all plumbing fixtures <br />within the structure including hose bibbs <br />and backf low dey~;ces , <br />C. Location and size of all waste and <br />vent piping. <br />D. On a plot plan, location and size <br />of sanitary sewer service or private sewage <br />disposal. <br />E. Qn a plot plan, lacation and size <br />of water service or drinking water wells. <br />E. On a plot plan, d~,rection of storm <br />drainage, including location of storm sewers <br />and dry wells. <br />4, Mechanical plans. Every person making <br />application far a mechanical permit an any struc- <br />ture, other than group R, Division 3 done- and two- <br />family dwellings} and M occupancies accessory <br />buildings thereto, shall file with the building <br />division proper heating and mechanical plans and <br />schedules as may be necessary to determine whether <br />the installation as described will conform to the <br />requirements of the mechanical code and gas piping <br />regulations of the fire code. The plans submitted <br />must be complete and shall show, among other de- <br />tails, the following: <br />A. A layout far each floor with dimen- <br />sions of all rooms and working spaces, in- <br />c~uding a legend of all symbols used. <br />B. Location, size, and materials of <br />all air ducts, air inlets, and air outlets. <br />C. Location of all fireplaces, solid- <br />fuel stoves and appliances, fans, warm-air <br />furnaces, boilers,. absorption units, refrig- <br />erant compressors, condensers, and the weight <br />of all equipment weighing more than 2~~ pounds. <br />D. Location, size, and material of all <br />products of combustion, vents, flues, and <br />chimneys. <br />E. Location, size, and materials of <br />all liquid fuel and gas piping, including <br />gas piping regulated by the fire code, ex- <br />cept sanitary waste and vent piping and pot- <br />able water distribution piping regulated by <br />the plumbing code. <br />F . Location and area [s i ze ~. of all <br />ventilation and combbustion air openings and <br />ducts. <br />C. Location of all air dampers and <br />fare shutters, <br />ordinance - 12 <br />
