Rated capacity or harsepo~aer of <br />all warm-air furnaces, heat exchangers, <br />blower fans , boilers , refrigerant compre s ~- <br />sors, and absorption units. <br />~.S} Subsection 304 ~_a} -- Permit Fees, is hereby amended <br />to provide: <br />~a} Permit fees. Fees for permits shall be estab- <br />fished by resolution of the council and. shall be paid to <br />the building official. The determination of value or <br />valuation under any of the provisions of Chapter S of <br />the Eugene Coder 1971, shall be made by the building <br />official. The valuation to be used in computing permit <br />and plan check fees shall be the total value of all con- <br />, struction wank for which the permit is issued, as well <br />as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire <br />extinguishing systems, and any other permanent work or <br />permanent equipment. Where work for which a permit is <br />required by Chapter 8 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is <br />started or proceeded with prior to obtaining said per- <br />mit,the fees specified shall be doubled, but the payment <br />of such double fees shall not relieve any person from <br />fully complying with the requirements of Chapter 8 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971, in the execution of the work or <br />from responsibility for any penalties described therein. <br />~ 9 } Subsection 3~ 4 (b} - Plan Review Fees , is hereby <br />amended to provide: <br />fib} Plan review fees. When a plan or other data <br />is submitted under subsection Vic} of section 342, a <br />plan review fee shall be paid according to the fallow- <br />ing schedule: <br />1. Plan checking fee for one- and two-family <br />dwellings Group R, Division 3 Occupancies} and <br />accessory buildings thereto Group M} shall be 54 <br />percent of the established building permit fee. <br />2. Plan checking fee for Groups A ~assem- <br />bly} , E .educational} , I .institutional} , H ~haz- <br />ardous} , B 4.business} , and R presidential} , other <br />than Group R, Division 3, shall be 65 percent of <br />the building permit fee. <br />3. The plan review fee for elec~rical <br />plans for other than Group R, Di~~ision 3 ~one- <br />and two-family dwellings } and Group M ~ acres sory <br />buildings thereto} shall be 25 percent of the in- <br />dividual electrical permit fee. <br />4. The plan review fee for plumbing plans <br />far other than Group R, Division 3 tone- and two- <br />family dwellings} and Group M accessory buildings <br />thereto} shall be 25 percent of the individual <br />plumbing permit fee. <br />5. The plan review fee for mechanical plans <br />for other than Group R, Division 3 .one- and <br />Ordinance -- 13 <br />
