Added <br />energy savings features could qualify for energy <br />tax credits. <br /> <br />Other Furnishings, Fixtures & Equipment: <br />Computers, furniture, and other kinds of furnish- <br />ings, fixtures and equipment that are not perma- <br />nently attached to the facility cannot be funded <br />with General Obligation bonds. <br /> <br />Transition Costs: During construction, it might <br />be necessary, to relocate some functions from their <br />existing locations into rental space, which would <br />cost more than thc operations and maintenance <br />costs now being paid for occupying City Hall. <br />There will also be costs to move functions fi'om <br />the old space into a new building. <br /> <br />Bond Issuance Costs: If the facility is funded in <br />part with bond proceeds, a cost factor for bond <br />issuance costs must be included.
