If'the <br /> permittee wishes to make this demonstration, the p.ermittee must conduct engineering studies to demonstrate <br /> that flows to the.treatment facility are not the result of excessive infiltration and inflow, and conduct an <br /> engineering evaluation of the attainable percentage removal for BOD and TSS at the peak month design <br /> flow (using two-year high month precipitation amount) and the highest monthly flow at which 85% removal <br /> can be achieved, and include the following information and evaluations: ' <br /> <br /> a. The entire system muSt be flow mapped, by subbasin, and all .sewer syStem overflow points <br /> identified· · <br /> <br /> b. Unless othenvise approved in wri~ang by the'Depa~anent, alt inflow sources mns~'be identified. <br /> c. The treatment facility shall be.evaluated to determine the maXimum monthly flow at which 85 % <br /> removal of BOD and TSS can be achieved. In addition, the permit~ee shall evaluatelwhat <br /> · percentage reduction of BOD and TSS is achievable at peak design monthly flows consistent with a <br /> two-year high month precipitation event. For both of these evaluations, projected flows after inflow <br /> removal a~ required in Condition 9, of this schedule are. to be used.' · <br /> <br />9. The permittee shall meet the requirements for use of' reclaimed water under Division 55, including the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> a. All reclaimed water shall be managed in accordance with the approved Reclaimed Water Use Plan. <br /> No substantial changes .shall be made in the. approved plan withotit written approval of the <br /> Department.. q ' <br /> <br /> b. No reclaimed water shall be released by the permittee to another person, as defined in Oregon <br /> Revised Statute (ORS) 468.005, for use unless there is a valid contract between the pemu'ttee and <br /> that Person that meets the requirements of OAR 340-55-015(9). <br /> c. The permittee shill ~otify the Department within 24 hours if it !s determined that the treated effluent <br /> is being'used in a manner not in compliance with OAK 340-55. When the Depament offices are <br /> .not open, the permittee shall report the incident of noncompliance ta the Oregon Emergency <br /> .. Response System (Telephone N.um~r 1-800-452-0311). <br /> d. No reclaimed Wate~ shall be made available to a person proposing to recycle unless that person <br /> certification sh~ll be kept on file by the sewage treatment system owner ana t~e mac~e avaname To me <br /> Department for inspection. <br /> 11.
