Project Name: Gienwood Pump Station Upgrade <br />Description: Expand pump station capacity (from existing FY03/04 budget) <br /> <br />Justification: Additiona~ pumping capacity is required to increase tota~ influent pumping <br /> capacity to 277 mgd. <br /> <br />Project Driver: Systematic elimination of sanitary sewer ovedlows by the year 2010. <br /> <br />Project Trigger: Collection system computer model estimates the current wet weather <br /> peak flow to plant to be 264 mgd.
