FINANCIAL STRATEGY <br /> <br />Composting Facility <br />?acility Component Allocation <br />Similar to the Biocycle Farm, this project would further develop MWMC's pilot composting <br />program, which serves to enhance the capabJl/ty and reliability of MWMC's overall <br />biosolids management program. This project is allocated to Biosolids-Biocycle Farm. <br /> <br />Project Type Allocatio~ <br />Composting serves a similar purpose as the Biocycle Farm and is therefore allocated to <br />Performance. <br /> <br />Re. Line Lagoons Phases t through 4 <br />Facility Component Allocation <br />This project is allocated entirely to Biosolids-Generat. <br /> <br />Project Type Allocation <br />This project replaces the existing liners in the biosolids storage lagoons at the Biosolids <br />Management Facility and therefore is allocated to Rehabilitation. <br /> <br /> Repairs/Partial Replacement of Biosolids Force Main <br /> Facility Component Allocation <br /> This project would repair and/or replace certain sections of the biosolids force main, which <br /> conveys treated biosolids from the WPCF to the BMF. The project is allocated entirely to <br /> Biosolids-General. <br /> <br /> Project Type Allocation <br /> This project would rehabilitate the existing biosolids force main and is allocated entirely to <br /> Rehabilital2on. <br /> <br /> 8.6.5 Support Facilities <br /> <br /> Maintenance Facility Improvements and Fiber Optic Wiring <br /> Facility Component Aflocation <br /> These projects serve MIAAViC's overag efforts and are allocated to the Support Facffities <br /> (Indirects) component. <br /> <br /> Project Type Allocation <br /> These projects would benefit both the growth increment and existing users by enhancing <br /> staff's ability to operate and maintain MWMC's facilities. These projects are allocated to <br /> Performance. <br /> <br /> 8.6.8 Effluent Reuse <br /> <br /> Effluent Reuse <br /> Facility Componer~t Allocation <br /> This ongoing program to develop reuse to mitigate water quality impacts to the Wi~amette <br /> River is allocated entirely to Reuse Facilities. <br /> <br /> IViWMG_8.0_REVS.
