This ref the fact that many existing <br />Eugene can be used to <br />facilities i n Eu <br />g meet the public e serve ce needs of the B asin. <br />. <br />For instance, the regional treatment center, fire and of i ce dispatch atch faci l'i ti e <br />p p s <br />all are in -place and available for use by the residents and businesses in the <br />Basin. Other savi ngs, such as the use of existing Fire Station #1C (immediately <br />U, <br />
