3700 <br />(See provision for the commercial /residential development node in East <br />Laurel i section. <br />VI. PAGE 3: <br />• New land divisions [should] shall be planned to respect the present topography <br />and ensure solar potential to the extent possible. Developers [should] shall <br />be encouraged . <br />• 5. The Laurel Hill plan supports South Hills Study standards.
