ARTICLE Vi I <br />After incorporation, the number of directors constituting the board of directors shall be <br />set by the Bylaws, and each person who shall serve as a director shall be elected by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Community Organization. A director must be an <br />individual, but need not be a property owner, lessee, or resident in the Industrial Corri- <br />dor if acting as a qualified representative of a member. Each director shall hold office <br />for a term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of their election, and until his succes- <br />sor shall have been elected and qualified. <br />ARTICLE Vill <br />Upon dissolution or final liquidation of the community Prganization, after payment or <br />provision for payment of all of the liabilities of the community organization, the <br />remaining assets of the corporation shall be distributed in accordance with ORS <br />61.530, or corresponding provision of any future state law, as the board of directors <br />may determine. In making distributions in accordance with ORS 61.530, the board of <br />directors may distribute assets of the Community organization to members of the <br />Community organization. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />The address of the initial registered office of the Community organization is 975 oak <br />Street, Eighth Floor, Eugene, Oregon 97401, and the name of the initial registered <br />agent at such address is Dale A. Riddle. <br />ARTICLE X <br />The mailing address where the Oregon corporation Division may mail notices is 975 <br />Oak street, Eighth Floor, Eugene, Oregon 97401, attention Dale A.
