Section 9.7230 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding the <br />following entries in alphabetical order to Table 9.7230 to provide: <br />9.7230 ; Expiration <br />(1) The planning director's approval of an application shall expire in 12 months, <br />18 months, or 36 months from the effective date of approval, depending upon <br />the type of land use application as specified in Table 9.7230 Expiration of <br />Type II Application Approvals, or as provided in subsections (2) through (9) of <br />this section. EC "Map 9.8010 Adopted Plans" and its legend are amended as shown on <br />Exhibit F attached hereto and Table 9.8010 in Section 9.8010 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide: <br />9.8010 List of Adopted Plans The documents listed in the following Table 9.8010 <br />including any adopted amendments, are the currently effective adopted plans that <br />may be applicable to a particular land use application.
