Subsection (1) of Section 9.7007 of the Eugene code,. 1971, is amended to <br />provide: <br />9.7007 Nei hborhood /A licant Meetin s. <br />(1) This section applies to the following types of land use applications: <br />(a) Type 11: 3 -lot partitions, tentative subdivisions, tentative cluster <br />subdivisions and design reviews; <br />(b) Type III: Only conditional use permits and tentative planned unit <br />developments; <br />(c) Type IV applications that are not city - initiated; <br />(d) Metro Plan amendments that are not city- initiated. <br />Section 12. Section 9.7055 of the Eugene code, 1971, is amended by adding the <br />following entries in alphabetical order to Table 9.7055 to provide: <br />9.7055 A lications and Review Authorities. Table 9.7055 Applications and Review <br />Authorities, lists applications and the typical review authorities for the decision and <br />the appeal of the decision. The following <br />applications are typically reviewed under the Type 11 review process according to the <br />requirements and criteria set forth for each application as reflected in the beginning <br />reference column in Table 9.7205.
