She stated that the bill in question would establish the revolving 11 <br />Iving fund, funding it from the issuance of <br />lottery bonds from the State. She reported that the bill was <br />moving and was currently in the Joint Ways and Means <br />Committee. He noted that the State was rennin a deficit g f cat budget and questioned whether the move would <br />be there. He also asked what sort of eligible infrastructure r - y <br />p o�ects the loans would pay for. Ms. Nilson replied <br />that the fund would be set up and administered b the Economic P <br />Y om�c Development Department, but the mane for the <br />fund would come from the sale of state lottery bonds.
