Attend formal educational presentations, events and forums on various All Ongoing <br /> topics. <br /> b. Present written or verbal reports on activities and issues. Request Chairs and committees Ongoing <br /> agenda time if decision or advice is needed at other times. <br /> c. Ensure opportunities for internal dialogue; raise sensitivity and Agenda Committee with Process Retreat, <br /> understanding of different cultures; build capacity to nurture and model member cooperation and teachable <br /> among commissioners; promote awareness of group dynamics. (Process participation moments <br /> Retreat) <br /> d. Hold focus topic brainstorm sessions at commission meetings.
