approval set forth in R- 5.040 -F. Failure to establish the zone would have created a hardship for <br />the area's residents and would contribute to traffic congestion in the area. <br />F. Subsequent to the adoption of Administrative Order No. 58-10-07, additional <br />property owners /residents requested that their properties be included in the geographic boundary <br />of Zone H. Expanding the geographic boundary of Zone H is consistent with the policies and <br />approval criteria set forth in Administrative Rule R- 5.040. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that; <br />1. The unamended portions of Residential Permit Parking Zone H adopted by <br />Administrative order No. 58-10-07 remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the <br />provisions set forth below. <br />2.
