4. Except for the areas explicitly designated .zone H by this administrative order, <br />existing residential permit parking zones for the SIJNA _ and VVL NA neighborhoods continue to <br />be in full force and effect. Those areas located in an existing residential permit parking zone, <br />and not explicitly designated as Zone H, shall continue to be governed by the applicable <br />administrative order establishing that zone. <br />S. Persons residing in or owning residential property within zone H designated <br />herein may apply for a permit entitling the holder thereof to preferential long -term parking <br />within the designated zone. Permit fees shall be established in accordance with Section 2.020 <br />and Chapter 5 of the Eugene Code, 1971. Permit sales shall be processed on a first come, . f rst <br />serve basis and shall not exceed 75% of the existing on- street parking spaces. <br />Dated and effective this day of September, 2010. <br />Thomas C.
