19. Section 3704 of the OFC is amended by adding subsection 3704.2.2.11 Seismic shut- <br />off valve to provide: <br />3704.2.2.11 Seismic shut -off valve. Highly toxic or toxic compressed gases in amounts <br />exceeding the maximum allowable quantity per control area set forth in Table <br />2703.1.1(2) shall be provided with an automatic valve which is of a failsafe -to- <br />close design to shut off the supply of highly toxic or toxic gases upon significant <br />seismic activity. <br />20. Appendix D D101 Fire Apparatus Access Roads of the oFC is amended to provide. <br />D101.1 Scope. Fire apparatus access roads shall be in accordance with this appendix and <br />all other applicable requirements of the Oregon Fire Code and regulations and <br />standards adopted by the City of Eugene.
