It is expected that between now and the council’s March 14 <br />work session, the strategies and tactics will be continually refined based on feedback received through <br />various distribution and outreach efforts. <br /> <br />This draft proposal is being broadly distributed to the public on the Envision Eugene website and in <br />print forms, through news releases and emails to interested parties, and during open houses on Feb. 3 <br />and 10. The Community Resource Group provided feedback on the emerging strategies and tactics at <br />their meeting on Feb. 1. Other outreach efforts currently scheduled include meetings with the <br />Sustainability Commission, the Housing Policy Board and the Historic Review Board, as well as with <br />neighborhood associations as requested. All feedback received through these various efforts will be <br />compiled and forwarded to the City Council for review and consideration. <br /> <br />Following a public hearing on Feb. 22, the City Council will deliberate on a revised proposal at their <br />Mar. 14 work session.
