Ms. Taylor moved to change the City’s position on House Bill 2966 from Priority 3 Oppose <br />to Neutral. The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Mr. Poling, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to maintain the staff recommendation for House <br />Bill 2966 (Priority 3 Oppose). The vote on the motion was 2:1; Ms. Taylor voting no. <br /> <br />Mr. Clark left the meeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved to adopt the staff recommendation for <br />priorities and recommendations for all bills not pulled for discussion for this meeting and <br />the committee action for all bills that were discussed and acted on at this meeting. The <br />motion passed, 2:0. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
