Call to Order and Review Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Poling called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson adjusted the agenda by adding three new grant proposals under item 3 and House Bill 2167 to <br />item 4. She indicated she had some administrative issues she also wished to address. The CCIGR was <br />provided with copies of House Bill 2167 and background memorandums on the grant proposals. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Ms. Taylor, moved to approve the minutes of January 26, 2011, as <br />submitted. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Grant Memorandum <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to approve the Historic Preservation Grant <br />application outlined in the memorandum provided to the committee. The motion passed <br />unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson called the committee’s attention to the following, provided for its information: 1) a <br />memorandum to the CCIGR from Airport Manager Tim Doll entitled Grant Funding: DHS-TSA Electronic <br />Baggage Screening Program (EGSP) In-Line Support Application; 2) a memorandum to the CCIGR from <br />Library Services Director Connie Bennett entitled Oregon Humanities Grant Opportunity; and 3) a <br />memorandum to the CCIGR from Ms. Bennett entitled NEA Big Read grant opportunity. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
