Committee votes, if any, are recorded below: <br /> <br />House Bill 2646 <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved to take a Priority 3, Oppose position on House <br />Bill 2446. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />House Bill 2602 <br /> <br />Mr. Poling, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to take a Priority 3, Support position on House <br />Bill 2602. The vote on the motion was 2:1; Ms. Taylor voting no. <br /> <br />House Bill 2142—No change. <br /> <br />House Bill 2709 <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor moved to take a position of Neutral on House Bill 2709. The motion died for <br />lack of a second. <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved to maintain the current position on House Bill <br />2709. The vote on the motion was 2:1; Ms. Taylor voting no. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson recalled it was past committee practice that if a member made a motion to change a position on <br />a bill and did not receive a second, the staff recommendation stood. <br /> <br />Mr. Clark, seconded by Mr. Poling, moved that the policy to stipulate that from this point <br />forward any bill recommendation pulled that does not receive a second, the staff <br />recommendation would stand.
