It does <br />remove the tax credit for alternative fuel vehicles, which will reduce the tax burden of the <br />program as this was a large portion of the tax credits in previous years. The alternative <br />fuels vehicle market is mature enough to continue without tax subsidies, this is not true in <br />regards to alternative energy device markets.
