Tt~e resolution was declared carried and so <br /> <br />ordered, <br /> <br />An Ordinance p~oviding for the issuance and sale of ~100 ,000. 00 of bonds for <br /> <br />the purpose of and to .be used and expended for 'tt~e betterment, improvement and exten- <br /> <br />sion of tt~e water .plant of the City of h~ene, being designated "Extension Bonds," <br /> <br />was read. Motion w~s made by Mr. Bell, seconded by ~r. M¢~..~urphey that the Ordinance <br /> <br />be read the second time by title under suspension of the rule.
