The question of .use of the ~oom in the Biddle Block by the Pl~u~bing specter and Police Offioors w~s ~oferred to ti~e Sowo~ and Police Co:mnitteea for adjustment. The Street Committee was directed to take up and define the lines of alle~ where the property lines are in dispute. The question of tsking the matter of electrical inspection out of'the hands of tl~e City Engineer and arranging for an electrical inspector was referred to the Fire &. Water Co~m~ittee. The City Attorney wa.s instructed to draw an Ordinance for the paving of Alder Street from llth Avenue to 13th Avenue. On motion the Council adjourned to meet ~{ay 28tt~. l. fay 15, 1913. " NOTICE.
