<br />i l{ayor Yoran. Present Commi~en Hensil~l, Johnson, Koppe, Ec!~u~phey, Doff, Bell

<br />
<br />Ti~e minutes of Council meetings of ~:!ay 12th, 13th and 15th were read and
<br />
<br />approved.
<br />
<br />Ti~e ~esig~ation of Dr. V~ll as Health Officer to take effect June 1st was
<br />
<br />read, and a motion was m~de, seconded and carried to accept sa~e; wh.e~eupon the
<br />
<br />~ayor appointed Dr. G. S. Beardsley as Health Offiee.~~, his term to begin June !st,
<br />
<br />and a motion, was ~:ade, seconded and e~arried by the Council to confirm the appoint-
<br />
<br />mont.

<br /> Tt~e resignation of D. A. Paine as ~fember of the Library Board was, on
<br /> motion, accepted, and I{myor Yoran appointed Miss Ann %~fniteaker to fill
<br /> expired ter~ of D. A. P~ine, ~nd the mppointment was, on motion, confirmed by
<br /> tt~e Council.

<br /> petitions be granted and that the City Attorney draw Ordingnces to oove~· same:
