Clark & Henery Construation Co. of ~150.00 together with 85 cents interest on said a~.ount from the date of registration of w~rrant .~3759. Motion was mmde and second- ed that the Recorder b~ instructed to cancel warrant [~375~ and that the ss.~.~e be cancelled on the records of the Treas~er and that tt~e Recorder be instructed to draw a warrant on tt~e F_earl Street ~rom Wth to 6th Avenues p~ving Fund for the s~ . . of .~. 0.85 in favor of Cl~rk & Henery Construction Co. in order to effect ti~e proper adjust~.~ent.
