The bids received being those of Applewhite & Stein and Jazzes Kennedy, and a motion was ~:ade, seconded ~nd c6rried that the bids be ~eferred to th_e~._Sewer Co~m..ittee with power to act, either to ~ward the con- tract or to direct the re-advertisement for bid~ for the construction of said conduit. !~{r.
