Z~mwalt~ <br /> <br />claiming that an erro~, had been made in assessi~, one-halF tt~e cost of alley pavement <br />against the Z~walt pr~ope~ty, claiming that there was no alley at this Point, and that <br />the property assessed as an alley belonged with the Property assessed to S. N.
