B. l.~orris against ~he City of E~gene for the s~m of :~3555.09 judgement,, and $110.70 costs was presented. 5{orion was made and seconded that a warrant be drava% on the General Fund in payment thereof in favor of J. B. ~{orris, and the ~yes and n~ys were e~l!ed.
