Report and res![.{nation of Dr. Beardsley as Health Officer was read, and on motion the resignatlo~ of Dr. Beardsley to take effect January 1, 191l~, was,accepted. Street Com=~ittee reco~ended payment to Clark & Hener¥ Construction Co. on account of Alder Street between llth Avenue and the Millrace on Intersection Fund ~5.2o, on 0rdlnanee !:$o. 1~06 Paving Improve~ent Ftu~d ~58.39; and the Sewer Committee reeo,m~ended payment to. James Kemtedy on the 0rdin~nee No. 1~ Sewer Imp~,ovement i~\md ~1~0~$.V2 and on the 0rdin~nee No. 1332 Sewer Improvement Fund $1028.89, and on the Ordinance No. lt~01 Sewer Improvement Fund to ~eyers & HcI,'arl~nd the sum of $~6.03.
