An 0rdinanoe levying assessments for the eonst~utction of a sewer in the 0ity of Eugene, commencing at proposed end of Van Buren Street sub-mair~ at intersection of center line of Fifteenth Avenue and the ~lley between Ch~rnelton Street and Lincoln Street; thence south on. center line of said alley to inter- section with center line of Seventeenth Avenue; thence east on cente~ line of Seventeenth Avenue to intersection on cen~er line of ~lley between Willamette and Olive Streets was read the second tithe and due notice having been given by publication of the proposed assessment and this being the time for hearing ob- Jections to s~id assessment and no objections having been made, the Ordinance was read the third time and declared upon its final passage.
