Burgess, Executor, in the matter oi' the assess- merit against Fmu~ie Sladden Nelson, Dibbie Sladden Burgess and Sidney Charles Sladden for Blair Street paving was read and referred to the Street Co~:~.ittee and City Attorney. An Ordinance levying asse:~s~:ents for the improvement of )~ineteenth Avenue from Alder otreet to Agate Street passed its second readi~ and was laid over and tt~e Street Cor~.mittee, City Attorney and City kh~gineer directed to i~westigate the a 8,'$ e s si.~.e~lt . f~ Ordinance~lewy.i~'-' assess~:.ents for the improvement of Grand Street from City Limits south to Railrooxt Boulevard was read the second time, and written objections were submitted by S. D. Allen as Trustee and also oral objections entered by M. W, Abbey and F. A. Rankin.
