Present Councilmen }{ensill, Jotmson, Koppe, ~fct(urphey~ Bell and <br />Beytien; absent Dorr and Bean. <br /> <br /> The minutes of Council proceedin~{s under dates of Jam~ary 12th, 19th, <br />26th and February 2nd were read and approved. <br /> <br /> Commi]m~.gn Hensill reported that the steel bunks for the Jail had <br /> <br />~rrived and are bei~ i~talled. <br /> <br />Report of the Street Com~:~.ittee reco.t~mending that a street light be placed <br /> <br />at Fourth and Jefferson Streets was read and on motion adopted. <br /> <br />}lonthl¥ report of Street Cm~_uissioner Turner w~s ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /> The Street Cm~]_~ittee by Commilnan ~,~_cMurpt~ey reeo~.ended that the Ordi- <br /> <br />n~nce for the macadamizing of Seventeenth Avenue frm~ Agate Street to Alder <br />Street be passed without amenc~T, ent,' also that the paving of ltoss Street from <br />Thirteenth Avenue to F~iv~omat Boulevard be d~,opped.
