At tt~e conclusion of the eussion the property ov~zers present agreed that the assessment should stand as passed. An Ordinance adopting and approvi~ plans and specifications of the City hh~:~,ineer for the pavement of Fourth Avenue from t!~e West line of Charnelton Street to East line of Blair Boulevard being reported favorably by tt~e Street i Co:=mittee was read the second and third times by title under suspension of the rule and placed upon its fiual passage. ~ Councilmen voti~J~ aye 6, nay none~ absent 2.
