At tt~e conclusion of the <br />eussion the property ov~zers present agreed that the assessment should stand as <br /> <br />passed. <br /> <br />An Ordinance adopting and approvi~ plans and specifications of the <br /> <br />City hh~:~,ineer for the pavement of Fourth Avenue from t!~e West line of Charnelton <br /> <br />Street to East line of Blair Boulevard being reported favorably by tt~e Street <br /> <br />i Co:=mittee was read the second and third times by title under suspension of the <br /> rule and placed upon its fiual passage. ~ Councilmen voti~J~ aye 6, nay none~ <br /> <br />absent 2. <br /> <br />The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered ~1~,81. <br /> <br />A motion was made and seconded that a warrant be drava~ on t)le Trunk <br /> <br />Sewer Fund in favor of W.
