Present Councilwomen Jolmson, Koppe, ~,fc}~lu~hey, Doff, Bell and <br />Beytien; absent Hen~i!l .and Bean. <br /> <br /> Attor]~ey Jm~in~ appeared before the Cmmcil in reference to the elai~ For <br />interest due on ti~e ~a~erud judgement a. nd the matter was discussed by him and City <br />Attorney Skip~vorti~, and a ~:otion was made and seconded ti~at the City Attorney be <br />authorized to withdraw the r.~oney depo~ited in the Oircuit Oourt and to pay tl~e same <br />to the parties entitled tt~e{-eto in accordance with the findings of ti~e Court, and to <br />take receipts therefor~and file the ~Jame with ti~e City Recorder, with the un~lerstandi~; <br />that the pay~ent of the o~.ounts due and acceptance of the stone ~hall not constitute <br />a waiver of a~ rights or claims for interest, ~e motion was carried. The <br />question of tt~e liability of tt~e City to pay interest on account of the }ffanerud case <br />was referred to the Ci~y Attorney and Finance Co~ittee for report to the Council <br />at its next meeting, <br /> <br /> l~otion was made and seconded that warrants be drawn to Jack Reynolds for the <br /> <br />st~.of ,~;~ O0 and to D. E. ¥~alker for the s~n of <br /> · ~;~/.VO on the Road & Street Fund, a~d <br /> <br />that ~,~r.
