NAROH 9, 191k. <br /> <br />ed and numbered #1~87. <br /> <br /> An 0~din~nce adopting, and approving the,plans and specifications of the <br /> <br />City Engineer for the pavement of .FoUrth Avenue from the West line of 0harnelton <br />Street to the East line 'of Blair Boulevard and repealing 0rdin~nCe No..l~S1 was read <br />and passed its second and third readings by title ur~ier suspension of the rule and was <br />placed upon its final passage.. 0ouncilmen voting aye 8, n~y none. The 0rdinanee <br />wast declared ~p~ssed .and numbered ~1~88. <br /> <br /> An 0rdin~nce providing for the appointment of a 0ity Board of Health, and <br />Secretary to said Board, and providi~ rules and re~ulstions fo.m said Board and <br />Secretary, and to protect the~public from contagious or da~gerous diseases; and re- <br />pealing 0rdin~nce No. 1163 was read and passed its second and third readings by <br />title 'under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final, passage. 0ouncil- <br />men voting a~ve 8, n~v none.
