Hennigan mhd w~,itten.obJections by F. C. Walters and H. 0. Seiffe~t, <br /> <br />and on motion the Ordinance was l~id over and referred with the objections to <br />the Sewer Co~m~ittee. <br /> <br /> ~ Ordinance submitting to the electors of the City of E~gene at the <br />reguAlar mhd general election to be held on the 6th d~y of April, 191~, certain <br />proposed amend~ents to the Charter of said City; p~-oviding for the appointment of <br />Judges and Clerks of said election and p~oviding for polling places thex, efor was <br />read and passed its second and tt~ird readings by title under suspension of the <br /> <br />rule and was placed upon its final passage. The Ordinance was declared passed- <br /> <br />and numbered #l~00. <br /> <br />An 0rdinmnce approving the re-plat of Block 1, College Hill Park, <br />Eugene, 4~ne County, Oregon, was read and together, with the proposed plat <br /> <br />ferred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br /> The matter of embodying in the Ordinance providing for the form of the <br />bond for the $100,000.00 "Extension Bond" issue an agreement relating to the <br /> <br /> <br />
