City Attorney..Skipworth recommended that a warrant be drawn in favor of E~.~a J. Ba~_~ett for the sum of ~.15 for the purpose of refunding taxes collected for the City o~ Lot ~ and Lots 28 and WT, Block 51~, Falrmount, on the statement of the County Assessor that ~aid property is not in the City Limits and was not liable for Oity tax.
