Eastl~nd has sold the <br /> <br />south half of the gO.0~ feet o~ property o,~ Pearl Street to Dr. H. N. Bull, and <br /> <br />whereas each of said parities is desirous that the amo%u%t assessed against said tract <br />be divided to enable each. to pay_on the portion now owned by hi::, that the City Treasur- <br /> <br />er be now instructed ~o credit any, payments made on the north half to ,Robe~rt E. <br /> <br />Eastla~nd smd on the south half to Dr. H.
