P. ~ner, Street Co~onissioner, was read by <br /> <br />Councilm~n Hc!~zwphey, Chairman of the Street CoL~mittee, and ordered filed. <br /> <br /> Councilors Johnson moved that the City Attorney be inat~umted to look <br />into the 01ty's mights t.o the property which would be Olive Street north of <br />Fifth Street with ~uthOrit¥ to protect the Oity's interest ~nd to bring a <br />suit if necessary.
